I have never liked to criticize people or business over social networks, but darm one of Nigeria’s most recognized yellow brand
is really turning a big colonial master over the years, I have suffered different loss in the hands of this do called network, but still i have about 5 of their sim cards working actively on my phones, and they couldn't just say thank you for that, than to punish me more with restrictions, first it was the mtn data share, imagine you invest and suddenly someone destabilizes the business, a sunny afternoon, i had about 13gb on my phone, which is equivalent to #13,000 without profit, which I was to sell to my customers, and suddenly I found out that mtn had limited the data to just sending 10 times per 10gb which means 1GB each, darm I should have been told, there was no prior notification, even when I contacted the customer care, she said it was a network problem that would be resolved soon... And of course never resolved.
2 days ago, I tried transferring airtime for the procurement of data to sell to people, only to find out you cannot transfer more than 10k ANYMORE on mtn, what 10k that's rubbish!!!
How can you tell someone who does a business that requires transferring over 30k a day to suddenly reduce to 10k still without a prior notification... Its becoming unbearable and Nigerians got to stop this foreign company from a second colonization....
