Growing your businesses, key 2

DELEGATES .
When you're in startup phase, you are handling everything. To become a going concern you have to start investing in people to do tasks you can no longer do. Three quarters of all small businesses have zero employees, which underscores the resistance people have to delegating. You have to grow your business. It is a misnomer to think people cost money. A lack of production and failure to grow your business costs far more.
This definitely is a growing concern, I feel youths could learn to practice, a friend is throwing up a new website, he wants to posts articles and also advertise the website himself.
Let's do some workings here, let's say when you run your business yourself and work a 6 to 6, out of your 24 hours, you successfully netted a 50k per month on a very small scale measurement, it is better to invest 30k of the proposed earnings into paying staffs, when you eventually have staffs to run your business, you get some added value like:
-working back stage for the speedy growth of the business.
-have more time to do researches that would be beneficial to the business, rather than work a 6-6 out daily.
-you could set more task to be completed, which would on turn yield more profit.
Remember this idea would work for a sweet seller, who is still probably a student, also that's the secret behind those you call CEO, but are always free around like they never work.
I believe if we help ourselves, we'd probably encounter less challenges,so I chose to do this.
