Our brains could serve as computers with great abilities, that can multi task, get things done quickly and above all find solutions to very difficult puzzles...
The same way a computer works, it needs to undergo some rest to even work more wonderfully .
Alot of us are glued to being a workaholic with too many tasks, that we forget to play, have fun, rest, stroll, hangout with friends and loved ones . The brain could eventually shut down if we don't put this things in practice or as an habit.
I used to be a BOY who spends at least 7 hours, with the computer
everyday, especially the years i had none for myself, once I lay my
hands on anyone's pc, I quickly add contents to my wap blogs in those
years.. (story for another day) and I could remember i was once admitted
(for a short course 😊) at the health Centre, after falling at a restaurant, after few checks the doctor asked who knew me, andOladayo Amusan Josephh was at hand, the only question was DOES THIS MAN RESTS AT ALL?
But thanks to God, I passed the course ☺ and was discharged some days after that...
From that very day, I changed my orientation, though without telling anyone, I adjusted my system, took time to play, had more friends and life became much more interesting..
I might get busy everyday with lot of mails to read, but when it's fun time, nothing stops it!
So bro and Sis, only he who is healthy enough to Iive, spends the money he worked for, don't let life be about the work alone..
Even God knew we need to play and refresh the brain was why Adam and Eve were made to live in a very big, beautiful and fresh garden, instead of the street!
Don't get me wrong, I still work late night, But only when NECESSARY.
